Shipping & Returns

We will ship your items within 7 business days or less. On rare occasions it may take up to 10 business days to ship your order.

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Note that the item will need be received by us in new or like-new condition. You may wish to consider insuring the item with your shipper.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges back to us on returned items, and we will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back to them. However, if the item received was damaged in transit to the customer, or was defective, we will pay shipping charges in both directions.

Returns within 30 days from delivery date can be returned for exchange, replacement, or refund. To work out the details of your return, please email returns@greylarsen.com.

Each return is credited in the same manner as payment. If you paid for your order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to that card. You will be able to verify the credit by contacting your credit card company. If you paid for your order with a check, a refund check will be issued within 10 business days from the date the returned product is received. If you paid for your order through PayPal, we will send a refund to your PayPal account.
