Susato Pennywhistles

There are three models of Susato Pennywhistles:
Kildare, Oriole and Dublin
All models feature tunable, two-piece construction.

Kildare: Highest quality. It is the easiest to play. The tapered bore makes for faster response and maximum ease of playing for the highest notes of the second octave. There are 22 Kildare whistles, ranging from high G down to low C, and spanning five different bore sizes (V, S, M, L and LX). We offer Kildare whistle sets, each with one head piece and several bodies, for better price economy.

Oriole: The most affordable model. Comes in four pitches only: high D (the standard for Irish music), E-flat above that, and C and B-flat below that. Cylindrical bore. Also comes as a set, with one headpiece and all four bodies.

Dublin: The most affordable for lower-pitched whistles. Comes in eight pitches: B-flat, A, G, F, E, E-flat, low D and low C. Cylindrical bore. We offer Dublin whistle sets, each with one head piece and several bodies, for better price economy.
