Two traditional Irish jigs. We learned this unusual setting of the second jig, The Geese in the Bog, from Co. Galway melodeon player Michael J. Kennedy (1900 – 1978). He played the first part in four different variants. Each time we heard him play the tune he used all four variants, in various sequences.
