Shipping & Returns
We will ship your items within 7 business days. On rare occasions it may take up to 10 business days to ship your order.
You may return items up to 30 days after delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. To be eligible for a refund, the item will need be received by us in new or like-new condition. You may wish to consider insuring the item with your shipper.
If you purchased a pennywhistle (also known as a tin whistle) made by Carbony Celtic Winds, and you requested and received customization or customizations of that whistle not offered as options in the drop-down menus on the corresponding page in our online store, you may not return that whistle for a refund.
If an item was damaged in transit from us to the customer, or was defective, we will pay shipping charges in both directions. If, however, a return is for a reason other than our error, customers are responsible for shipping charges back to us on returned items. We will then pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s).
Returns within 30 days of delivery date can be sent back to us for exchange, replacement, or refund. To work out the details of your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each return is credited in the same manner as payment.
Your personal information is collected only to fulfill orders and for correspondence concerning orders. We will not give, sell, rent, loan, or trade your email address or other personal information to anyone.
You may cancel your purchase of any item within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once placed, your order may be processed and fulfilled within 12 hours. For that reason, it is possible – depending on how much time has elapsed since you placed your order – that we have already shipped the product to you. In that case, you may need to return it to us. Please see our shipping and returns policy (above).
