By E. G. McFall. Performed on location by the 11-member Liberty Cornet Band in 1978. This community band had met every Monday night since the year 1900 at the Liberty Township Hall in Adams County, Ohio.

From the liner notes: “A small fuel oil burner occupies the center of the 15 by 20 foot hall. In the corner is cabinet full of old sheet music, much of which is rare and out of print. … The hall is by no means large enough to contain the music that shakes its small rafters, yet some of the musicians inside, squinting at the tattered sheet music, have been practicing here for the last 60 years and could almost be playing by heart.”
